Description
The curriculum includes eight lessons with corresponding recipes and materials. The lessons are co-taught in sequence by a SNAP-Ed educator and a classroom teacher. The lessons include MyPlate; Encouraging Fruits and Vegetables; Label Reading; Choosing Healthy Snacks; Portion Distortion; The Importance of Breakfast; RYD; and My Action Plan.

Around the Table with Dads
Dads Around the Table is a nutrition workshop curriculum that upholds principles of trauma-informed engagement and nourishment. Men raising children will enjoy reflection, cooking, movement, sharing a meal together, and exploration of new and traditional holistic skills for nutritional well-being.

Telephonic Health Coaching Intervention Toolkit
Telephonic Health Coaching (THC) trains educators to be health coaches that engage with clients by telephone and use behavior change techniques to craft individual goals related to healthy eating and physical activity. THC’s health coaches guide the participants through client-centered conversations that promote the implementation of the current USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans. THC offers a convenient and accessible modality. Toolkit is free.
