Description

Bingocize™ consists of two 60 minute sessions per week. Each session begins with the participants sitting at tables with bingo cards and exercise equipment (balance pads and resistance bands). After every two exercises, a bingo letter and number combination is announced for the game. The pattern is continued until a participant wins the game. The programs goals are to improve mobility, balance, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) in older adult populations.
Bingosize has been adapted for remote delivery. The Bingocize Guidance for Remote Delivery may be accessed at https://www.wku.edu/bingocize/documents/guidance_remote_bingocize.pdf or contact Dr. Jason Crandall.

$900 Start up cost includes licensing, training and equipment for 10 people.

Body Connection

Body Connection is a collection of short mindful movement lessons designed to build a foundation for intrinsically-motivated movement and healthy habits. The 30 minute lessons are designed to be a warm up or break during nutrition interventions. They also serve to regulate the body before or between cognitive activities like nutrition education workshops.

The Body Connection materials will be available soon. In the meantime, we recommend visiting our training calendar for upcoming trainings. You can also explore more details about the curriculum on the Leah's Pantry website.
