Each class includes nutrition and historical lessons, cooking demonstrations, and discussion on traditional foods from Africa. Lessons are on herbs and spices, greens, whole grains, beans and rice, tubers and stew, and fruits and vegetables.
Virtual and in-person options are available.

Around the Table with Dads
Dads Around the Table is a nutrition workshop curriculum that upholds principles of trauma-informed engagement and nourishment. Men raising children will enjoy reflection, cooking, movement, sharing a meal together, and exploration of new and traditional holistic skills for nutritional well-being.
