Description

The Healthy Kids Out of School Curriculum encourages physical activity and healthy eating habits in 4th and 5th graders (modifications can be made for older kids). The lessons encourage fruits and vegetables for snacks, water as the beverage of choice, and new ways to increase active time to help kids reach the 60 minutes-a-day recommendation.
