Community work is all about collaboration, but decision-making can lead to roadblocks in projects or programs. Majority voting leaves people feeling unheard, and true consensus can be time-consuming and frustrating.
In this training, you will learn about Consent Decision-Making, a dynamic and effective facilitation method. This approach moves beyond traditional voting and consensus by asking, "Do you object?" instead of, "Do you agree?"
We’ll explore how this method can empower your work in community nutrition, public health, and or internal team decisions, helping you build stronger coalitions and achieve productive collaboration.
