CliftonStrengths: Leveraging Strengths for Community Engagement
Training Date:
Description
Discover your CliftonStrengths and learn how to leverage them to build authentic, resilient, and diverse community connections. By increasing self-awareness, we can equip ourselves to contribute meaningfully, especially in contexts that require empathy, collaboration, and relationship-building across differences.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Identify their unique strengths and understand how these form part of their identity.
- Describe how their strengths help—and sometimes hinder—their ability to build relationships and navigate difficulty.
- Demonstrate greater interpersonal awareness and the capacity to connect with people who are different from themselves.
This training has two components: a large group session and a small group coaching session. The large group session will provide a foundational introduction to CliftonStrengths. The small group coaching session will deepen the understanding and application of strengths and how to work within a diverse community. Participants will register for both the large session and one of the coaching sessions.
This training has a cap of 50 participants. Registration is first-come, first-served, and the deadline to register is July 14, 2025.
