CliftonStrengths: Leveraging Your Strengths Basics

Training Date:

Wednesday, Jun 17, 202610:00 a.m.12:00 p.m.

Description

CliftonStrengths identify an individual's natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. It focuses on what you do best rather than on personality traits alone. It is designed to help people develop their natural strengths rather than fix weaknesses.

In this training, you will discover your CliftonStrengths and learn how to leverage them to build authentic, resilient, and diverse community connections. By increasing self-awareness, we can equip ourselves to contribute meaningfully, especially in contexts that require empathy, collaboration, and relationship-building across differences. This session includes a free CliftonStrengths StrengthsFinder Assessment.

This training has a cap of 50 participants. Registration is first-come, first-served, and the deadline to register is June 15, 2026.
