With CalFresh Healthy Living funding nearing its conclusion, our focus is shifting from direct delivery to technical assistance and sustainability efforts.  One way to achieve this is equipping community champions with the knowledge and skills they need to take over this work.  However, developing a comprehensive "Train the Trainer" program from the ground up can feel overwhelming. 

Join us for a two-hour, dynamic webinar designed to demystify this critical process.  You will receive practical tips, resources, and best practices to successfully launch your own Train-the-Trainer.  Although this session will focus on Direct Education, we will also discuss PSE work. 

To ensure you are fully supported, Leah's Pantry will offer dedicated Office Hours in the months following the webinar.  These sessions will provide one-on-one consultation and support as you begin to train community partners.
