In this training, participants will:
- Examine the relationship between positive and adverse experiences and nourishment.
- Learn the basic process and principles of a trauma-informed approach.
- Discuss ways to reframe and respond to difficult participant/client behaviors in a trauma-informed way.
- Understand the inherent power imbalances that affect interpersonal relationships within our programming.
- Gain tools to use and frameworks to follow to provide high-quality, trauma-informed customer service.
To receive a certificate of completion, participants must attend the virtual live session and complete 1 hour of self-paced work on our online training platform, TalentLMS.
