Change can be challenging, but your well-being doesn’t have to take a backseat. This workshop will guide you past the commercialized idea of self-care to a more sustainable, meaningful practice. You’ll learn how to spot and avoid the pitfalls of consumerism and diet culture, then build a personal self-care plan that empowers you to thrive and serve those around you more effectively. You’ll be able to carry these skills with you to support your well-being as you navigate change and new opportunities.
