Description

El programa incluye libros de trabajo para estudiantes, planes de lecciones de maestros y boletines familiares dirigidos a los grados 4,5 y 6. Hay 6 lecciones mensuales/nivel de grado centrado en 6 frutas y verduras diferentes. HOTM es un plan de estudios estandarizado. Las lecciones promueven un estilo de vida saludable, que incluye comer más frutas y verduras, elegir bebidas saludables y participar en actividades físicas, además de aumentar la conciencia de la agricultura local. Las lecciones están vinculadas a los estándares nacionales de CC de artes del lenguaje inglés y matemáticas y donde corresponda a las competencias nutricionales de NGSS y California. Intended audience: Dads and male caregivers of young children

This is a group nutrition workshop curriculum for older adults that upholds principles of trauma-informed engagement and nourishment. Adults aged 65 and over will enjoy conversation, reflection, cooking, movement, sharing a meal together, and exploration of holistic skills for nutritional well-being.

Intended audience: Adults ages 60+
Available: Summer 2025
