Description
El plan de estudios de nutrición deportiva Wave utiliza el interés de los jóvenes en los deportes para enseñarles sobre una alimentación saludable e hidratación para alimentar un cuerpo saludable y activo de por vida. Este conocimiento ayuda a los atletas a controlar el peso corporal y evitar el aumento de peso no deseado en la edad adulta. An adaptation of the Around the Table Curriculum to meet the needs of single, married, custodial, and non-custodial fathers.

Around the Table with Elders
This is a group nutrition workshop curriculum for older adults that upholds principles of trauma-informed engagement and nourishment. Adults aged 65 and over will enjoy conversation, reflection, cooking, movement, sharing a meal together, and exploration of holistic skills for nutritional well-being.
Intended audience: Adults ages 60+
Available: Summer 2025
