Description
Un plan de estudios interactivo de 4 letrones que utiliza Myplate y las pautas dietéticas de 2015 mensajes con familias de recursos limitados. Las lecciones enfatizan la planificación de las comidas, el presupuesto de alimentos y la cocina saludable para que las familias puedan comer de manera saludable durante los tiempos económicos apremiantes. Componentes virtuales disponibles. El plan de estudios es gratuito para descargar una vez que se complete la capacitación.

Dads Around the Table is a nutrition workshop curriculum that upholds principles of trauma-informed engagement and nourishment. Men raising children will enjoy reflection, cooking, movement, sharing a meal together, and exploration of new and traditional holistic skills for nutritional well-being.

Around the Table with Elders
This is a group nutrition workshop curriculum for older adults that upholds principles of trauma-informed engagement and nourishment. Adults aged 65 and over will enjoy conversation, reflection, cooking, movement, sharing a meal together, and exploration of holistic skills for nutritional well-being.
Intended audience: Adults ages 60+
Available: Summer 2025

Food Smarts for College Students
Food Smarts for College Students is an adaptation of Food Smarts, an interactive, learner-centered nutrition curriculum and was created with input from college students.
This curriculum recognizes the unique challenges and opportunities college students encounter when planning and preparing meals. The goal is to support college-age young adults to develop skills for their busy lives and growing independence. Lessons are designed to build nutrition and food literacy and confidence and are aligned with trauma-informed principles and the most recent Dietary Guidelines. There are eight 60-minute lessons that can be taught by trained facilitators as a series or single sessions in settings with or without a kitchen.
